I used to think the only interesting thing you could get in a bottle would be wine. Or some decent olive oil. Or maybe balsamic vinegar to drizzle on a rocket salad. But then I was shown this amazing website featuring impossible bottles (or Impossibottles) created by my old chum Merlin Dunlop. It features an incredible range of items squeezed into bottles in ways that defy the imagination. The photos are fantastic, but actually holding a whiskey bottle with a rubics cube in you realise what a feat creating these things are. To be honest I have enough trouble completing a rubics cube!! Merlin’s Impossibottle site has galleries and links to other creators in the small but bizzarre world of squeezing uncanny items into impossible places!
